Cheyenne Vaca

Salado graduate of 2016, Cheyenne was a four year starter for SHS before she went off to compete at Greenville University on an indoor volleyball scholarship. Cheyenne played club volleyball for six years in Austin at Austin Juniors Volleyball and Texas Eclipse. She started her coaching career at a young age giving private lessons, as a sophomore, in high school.

Following high school, Cheyenne coached a 12's team in St. Louis while attending Greenville University and continued her love for coaching when she returned home and coached a 16's and 17's team for Texas Legends while also giving private lessons in the off season.

Her favorite thing about coaching is not just developing athletes fundamentally but also providing young women with the necessary tools to succeed in life outside of sports. Cheyenne can’t wait to see what this season holds for our club. Go CTX Slam!
