Joven Arrington

Coach Arrington is a passionate and accomplished volleyball coach, proudly holding titles as a NAGVA Champion and Texas LEI winner. With experience competing on sand, grass, and indoor courts — including matches against professional athletes — Coach Arrington brings a deep love for the game to every setting.

As the Head Coach and President of the UMHB Men’s Club Volleyball Team, he not only develops players’ skills but also fosters a strong, supportive team culture. Off the court, you can still find him competing at a high level in an exclusive, invite-only league with former national-level pros. Known for his versatility, especially in attacking and blocking, Coach Arrington blends high-level skill with genuine leadership, inspiring every team he’s part of.
