Nicole Ramirez

I am originally from El Paso Texas and have 10 years of experience coaching girls' volleyball for ages ranging from 10-14. I started my volleyball journey as a player in the 5th grade and fell in love with the sport immediately. I played all through elementary and high school as a defensive specialist, libero, and occasional opposite hitter.

After graduating, I was brought onto the coaching staff at Loretto Academy in El Paso for the elementary and middle school teams for the purpose of revamping the program. In a 2-year span, we went from having a negative record to a winning record and brought home several trophies from tournaments. After 10 years, I sadly moved away from the area and pursued other career opportunities.

My coaching philosophy is to never back down from a challenge, never quit, and to always be better today than you were yesterday. I have a passion for the sport and a passion for seeing young players blossom into talented athletes. I believe in the power of kindness and patience and encourage my players to do their best every day.
